FinMighty Connect – Member Disclaimer

I/We understand and agree that as a FinMighty Connect Member, my/our role is strictly limited to referring potential customers by sharing their names and contact details with their consent.

I/We shall not:

• Explain, recommend, solicit, market or sell any Investment, Loan or Insurance product.
• Provide any financial, investment or insurance advice.
• Make any promise, assurance or guarantee regarding returns, loan approval, interest rates, insurance coverage, claims or policy benefits.
• Collect money, documents or payments on behalf of FinMighty or its business partners.
• Represent myself/ourselves as an employee, authorized agent, financial advisor or representative of FinMighty or its associated institutions.

All product-related discussions, eligibility assessments, recommendations, approvals and transactions shall be handled exclusively by the respective authorized professionals or institutions.

Any violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the FinMighty Connect membership.
